Soloevent.id – Elizabeth Sudira seems to be familiar with the Solo International Performing Arts (SIPA) event. She has participated in SIPA seven times as a master of ceremonies (MC). In 2019, Eliz will be on SIPA. She will not be an MC, but a mascot. Yep, Putri Solo in 2010 was honored by SIPA President Director Ira Kusumorasri to become the SIPA 2019 mascot.
“I was shocked when Mrs. Ira said that I wouldn’t be an MC at SIPA this year. Perhaps, I should take reflection with what I have done when becoming an MC. Then, she continued, I wouldn’t be an MC, but as SIPA 2019 mascot,” Eliz said happily.
Like in previous years, SIPA always has a mascot. In a press conference held at Ndalem Mloyokusuman on Monday (6/17/2019), Eliz said she was chosen as a mascot because she is young and has a creative and spirit that represented the generation today.
This woman born on January 19, 1991, is one of the famous MCs in Solo. Elizabeth Sudira also has a sweet voice. Some time ago, she released her first single Rindu Solo. The song has become comforter someone who miss their homeland.
Then on May 28, Eliz released her second single, Bukan Main-Main, dedicated to all single to keep going even they haven’t met their soulmate yet.
SIPA 2019 raise Art as Social Action as a theme. As the mascot of SIPA 2019, Eliz wants to cheer people. According to her, entertaining the community through performing arts is one manifestation of social activities.
