Soloevent.id – The Folk Show Festival held by the Traditional Media Communication Forum (FK Metra) of Central Java Province held at Soekarno Hatta Taman Cerdas, Jebres, Solo, Friday (6/28/2019). This annual festival held for the first time in Solo. There are six performers, Solo, Magelang, Semarang, Banyumas, Pemalang, and Pekalongan.

FK Metra Magelang participant said there is a lot of wrong information or a hoax. People are easily provoked by it. Through this event, FK Metra Magelang advised should filter every news before make it viral.

Head of Section for Development of Communication and Information Surakarta,  Isnan Triharnanto said that this festival aims to revive arts as a form for public information.

“This is a form of culture maintenance. It has a different theme, such as the Boyolali District takes the theme Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Here also judges and the three best performances will perform in Semarang,” he said.

FK Metra is one of the socialization forums that sharing a develop message through local art media. We used their language so they can understand.
