Soloevent.id – Around 4,000 Kue Keranjang will be distributed to the public during Grebeg Sudiro 2018 by the committee from the 2nd floor of Pasar Gede west building. It shared after the carnival reaches the finish.

Yep, Kue Keranjang is a part of Grebeg Sudiro. It is one of the culinary from Sudiroprajan Village.

Besides that, the Kue Keranjang also paraded as a unique jodang. Every year, the committee always displays the main jodang designed to resemble iconic buildings in Solo. In this eleventh edition, there was Loji Gandrung and Banjarsari Monument Jodang form.

Later, it will be other culinary from Sudiroprajan Village, such as gembukan, janggelut, onde-onde, and others. The Carnival also featured art attractions from villages in Solo and guest participants. According to the committee, Grebeg Sudiro 2018 Cultural Carnival was attended by around 1,500 people.

The carnival group departed from the Pasar Gede Clock Monument. Then they crossed Jl. Jenderal Sudirman-Jl. Mayor Sunaryo-Jl. Kapten Mulyadi-Jl. R.E. Martadinata-Jl. Cut Nyak Dien-Jl. Ir. Juanda-Jl. Urip Sumoharjo. Carnival is planned to start at 1:00 p.m.

“Through this carnival, we want to raise the culinary, artistic and social potential. This is proof that Sudiroprajan Village is very heterogeneous,” explained Sudiroprajan Village Head, Dalima, when holding a press conference at Sudiroprajan Village, Thursday (01/2018).

The Grebeg Sudiro 2018 Cultural Carnival which will be held on February 11 is one of the series of Grebeg Sudiro 2018 events. The event was held to enliven the Chinese New Year in Solo.
