When launching San Fransico Fisherman’s Festival, on Wednesday (9/1/2018), Executive Sous Chef of The Sunan Hotel Solo Boedi Prasetyo said that for the appetizer to dessert will uses seafood.
What are they? For appetizer there are Assorted Salad Bar & Dressing, Oriental Seafood Soup, Manhattan Seafood Chowder, and Sweet Corn and Crab Soup.
The main menu are King Prawn Skewer Spicy Sauce, Snapper ala King, Spaghetti Fruit di Mare, Sauted Broccoli and Scallop, Seafood and Pineapple Fried Rice, and soon.
For the dessert they will server Apple Pie, Bread Pudding, Chocolate Roll Cake, Jamaican Fruit Cocktail, Almond Cake, Assorted Fresh Fruit, and Assorted French Party.
San Fransico Fisherman’s Festival will hold along the January 2019, start from 7:30-10:00 p.m. If you want to taste this delicious food, you can reserve it minimum 30 pax IDR 150 thousands nett/person.
While you enjoying the food, you will entertain by singer and player in live and you can take picture with giant crab and anchor as the background at Narendra Restaurant.
