Highlights of the menu include Frisee and Arugula Greens with Port Wine Poached Figs also Five Onion Diamonds Soup for an appetizer. Tenderloin of Springerhill, Ranch Grass Fed Wyoming Beef Char Roasted or Ginger Seared Glazed Filet of Salmon with a Wasabi Mashed Potato Cake is for the main course. And also dessert Strawberry Fraiser, Grand Marnier Cream and Fresh Strawberry, In a Lady Finger Líned Martini Glass, Romantic Valentine Praline, and Sparkling Wine.
