The Owner and Master of the Central Java Area Franchise, Steve Agustian Prakoso, explained the hold and cold combination create a unique taste. “The hot and cold combination tie the taste and give a new sensation,” he said, Friday (9/8/2019).
According to Steve, Japanese brew has a stronger element of icy compared to other brew products. The milk is thick, so it feels softer. However, for those who do not like milk, Kopi Seru offers Black Americano with a bitter taste. “Proper taste for diet or stomach acid,” he added.
Steve said, coffee with Japanese Brew concept is the first time in Central Java. You can enjoy one cup of Exciting Coffee for IDR 15-25 thousand. Kopi Seru will release a non-coffee menu tho.
