Soloevent.id– Millennial becomes the most consumers in buying a house. They are selective in choosing medium-sized housing and close to downtown.
Now, the government makes it easy for millennial to buy houses. The government provides subsidized housing ownership through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) program. The FLPP program is implemented by the government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. This program is an effort to increase people’s purchasing power in all circles, especially millennials.
In Solo, one of the housing developers, PT Fajar Bangun Raharja (FBR), created the #MilenialBeliRumah program to make it easier for young people to buy a place to live.
Marketing Coordinator of PT Fajar Bangun Raharja Ani Dyah Hertin said, “We have a millennial house promo that is intended for low-income workers and those who are just working. We give this FLPP home promo with a DP of 5%,” he said for Soloevent on Wednesday (05/29/2019).
Ani explained that millennial could get the promo with several conditions, including working and having a basic salary of the UMR, ages 25-35 years, completing administrative requirements such as KTP and NPWP.
PT Fajar Bangun Raharja provides Millenial home in the Polokarto area, Sukoharjo, at a price of 140 million Rupiah.
