Soloevent.id – There will be modern and traditional food at Solo Indonesia Culinary Festival (SICF) 2019 that you can take a bite. This menu such as torok bintul, alu-alu, nasi penggel, sayur cabai hijau, pecel, tumpang, sayur besengek, oblok-oblok, jangan bobor, sambel cabuk, jangan ndeso, sayur lodeh, jangan bening, sego wiwit, gandhos rangin, punten ketan, tempe, tahu, and many more.
It will be so special because it will be cooked in traditional way. You can see the way. It will be on the Dapoer Tempo Doeloe booth.
It is inexpensive. Only IDR 10.000,-, you can get rice with vegetable soup. If you want to eat tofu and tempeh just adding about IDR 1.000,00; it will be different with you adding IDR 3.000,00- IDR 8.000,00 you will get egg or chicken dish.
To offered that menu the committee collaborate with the woman in the neighborhood and Indonesia Chef Association (ICA).
Also in Dapoer Tempo Doeloe, you can see the display of traditional cooking tools, likes ani-ani, beruk, kalo, dandang, genthong, dango, sothil, parutan kelapa, tumbu, centhong, and many more. Benda-benda tersebut terbuat dari bambu dan gerabah.
This time SICF 2019 took theme “Culiner Heritage” to enlarge the diversity of culinare. “SICF is not only display the culinary diversity, but also as education, conservation and also as promotion of the Solo culinary,” Said the head of committee of Solo Indonesia Culinary Festival 2019, Daryono.
SICF 2019 is held in Benteng Vastenburg, Thursday – Sunday (4-7/4/2019).
