It is beautiful and interesting photos about Indonesia during colonialism. The event entitled book review is planned to be held on March 31, 2014. The book tells about the stories behind the Postcard photo along with the photo analysis where, when and who took the picture into an interesting discussion to be discussed.
The event will be held at Soedjatmoko Hall at 19.30 WIB. Written by Oliver Johannes Raap, a collector of Indonesian antic objects, along with 140 more collections of postcards, invited friends of book readers back to a century ago to witness the joys and sorrows of Java in the past.
Lovers and connoisseurs of photography art or who are interested in Indonesian history in the Dutch East Indies, don’t miss this book review. The book is a “window of the world”, for a time, both past and present.
