President Director of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Suprajarto, said that Harmoni Pasar Klewer was held to encourage tourism in Solo and its surroundings and improve the creative industry so that it would be more advanced and developed. BRI also provides a “Mall of Indonesia” platform, namely e-commissions that are made for all businesses or SMEs.
Expert Staff of the Multicultural Division of the Ministry of Tourism of the Archipelago, Esthy Reko Astuti, said that the holding of the Harmoni Pasar Klewer and other events in Solo was expected to have an impact on the community.
“Because there are 3 main points in tourism, namely place, profit, and people or in tourism terms sustainable tourism development. These three things that we hope can be implemented in Harmoni Pasar Klewer,” She explained when giving a speech.
Meanwhile, Mayor of Solo, F.X. Hadi Rudyatmo, hopes that the Harmoni Pasar Klewer will become an annual event because the Klewer Market is only in Solo. BRI gave Brizzi Local Heroes to the Mayor of Solo in the launch of the BRI program launching.
