Saturday (1/3) is the day for skaters as soloists. They gather to share the Treasure event, a skate competition. This Treasure is one of the skateshop and cloting distributions on Jl. MH Thamrin no. 9 Manahan Solo. They spent the night showing their move on “Miniramp”. Does anyone understand Miniramp? Miniramp is a skating rink in the form of a curved board that is usually used by skaters for aerial tricks. The high range of 1 – 1.8 meters.

The program is not only a best trick competition. There was also an acoustic performance from ‘something suck’, gift giving, other things together, also an accessories skateboard stand and clothing from Treasure. The point is exciting. Each skill show participant presented the trick. They were given a chance to try 2 times. At the end of the competition, the committee announced the winner. A skater has the right to bring home a new deck. Cool!

After the competition after the committee distributed gifts. There are t-shirts, stickers, griptape, risers and gifts, mainly wheels that don’t go wrong. They scramble to get a gift thrown by the committee. The most exciting event is throwing the main gift. Wheels which were thrown slid right to left by many skaters. Finally, one of the skaters was lucky to take the wheels by tipping over. The distribution of gifts ended, some of them continued to play in the arena where some of them saw skate accessories and t-shirts, while others were clustered near ‘something suck’ who wanted to perform as well as the closing ceremony. Something suck brings some of their own cover songs, one of which is titled “meluncur”. All skaters yell “meluncur” when music enters ref. the atmosphere of the night became the boisterous spirit of the skaters. The emotional overflowing of their satisfaction spilled through the shout “meluuuncurr!”
