Soloevent.id – There is an expression, “Efforts never betray results.” That is the life story of Sistho A. Sreshtho. Now, Sistho is the General Manager of The Alana Hotel & Convention Center Solo.

He sacrificed his young age. As mentioned earlier, at the age of 28, Sistho occupied as Director of Sales Novotel Semarang Hotel.

That work is being proactive with workload completely negate the point of his time away. No time with friends, family, and himself was his.

Since high school, he focuses on selling used cars. It makes him has a widely connection and can speak in public.

At Novotel Semarang, Sistho must arrive at the office before the GM arrives and returns home after the GM leaves the office. His GM is living in the hotel and always goes to his office at 6:30 a.m. to check the e-mail. So, Sistho must arrive approximately 6:00 a.m. and go home around 10:00 p.m. for a week, including Sundays.

So that’s why he has no time for girlfriends and plays around.

After married, he also lost his precious time with his son. He was going to Samarinda for one year nine months. In his son 7th birthday, he met him again.

Now, everyone can see his success. He said that he never expected it, everything need sacrifice.

“When everyone still works as department heads, I was already in this position,” said Sistho.
