In the hot mezze tent, you can taste, among others, vegetable sambouisek, vatayer, falafel, to make it taste better, it can be mixed with tahini sauce. In cold mezze tent there is hummus, baba ganoush, beetroot moutabal which is enjoyed with flat bread or fatoush salad.
If you are looking for a warm one you can enjoy Arabic lentil soup with lemon and lamb vegetable soup in the soup tent. Main foods, such as chicken ruz al-bukhari, lamb kabsa, Arabic roast beef with peppers, etc. can be found in the main course tent.
Served with Arabic rice or Arabic bread and potato hara, grill menus such as seekh kebab, lamb kofta, grill spicy fish, and many more can be ordered at the Grill tent.
Whereas in the carving tent, there are chicken shawarma and falafel wrappe; the two menus are combined with pickles and fatoush salad. As a closing menu, umali is served, banana compote, roll omelet, mud cake, and various other kinds.
