At REI Mid Year Expo 2019, PT FBR also introduced its newest house, The Belmore Residence. The exclusive residence consists of one cluster with 16 housing units. The price is started from IDR 1.4 billion. It is located on Jl. Pakel, Baturan Village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar.
