From Sruti to Ki Nartosabdo and Women

Soloevent.id – Ki Nartosabdo is one of the figures who inspired Sruti Respati in music. Sruti has known the famous artist through his father. She often hears the works of Ki Nartosabdo, for example “Swara Suling” and “Dara Muluk”.

Thursday (12/28/2018), the woman who born on September 26, 1980 gave her appreciation and gratitude to Ki Nartosabdo through a single concert entitled “Puspa Ayodya” at Grand Ballroom of The Sunan Hotel Solo.

 

 

 

All the songs that Sruti sang were the creations of Ki Nartosabdo. The songs re-arranged with modern touch by Bintang Indrianto.

“Puspa Ayodya” not only presents musical performances, the concert also collaborates with dance, theater and fashion shows. Sruti Respati invited other artist, such as Suprapto Suryodarmo, Daniel Christianto, Danang Pamungkas Dance, Robin Karebet, Mamank Tse, Tera Sudira, and Widi Kocrit.

 

 

 

In one of the rounds, after delivering “Aja Dipleroki” with seriosa singer Daniel Christianto and dancers from Danang Pamungkas Dance, Sruti Respati mentioned the issue of appreciation for women.

“Women build world civilization. Women are the key to the survival of a civilization. Appreciate women,” said Sruti, then Daniel Christianto sang a solo performance “Wanita”. When the song was played, the models wearing Robin Karebet’s kebaya waddled around him.

At the end of the concert, Sruti Respati gave words of respect to Ki Nartosabdo. “The trail of inner experience contained in hundreds of his works is able to give color and nutrition to the history of world civilization,” Sruti said describing the works of Ki Nartosabdo.

As a final message, Sruti hopes that the successors can bring back the spirit of the teachings and values ​​contained in the works of Ki Nartosabdo.
