Any zone thats south of the Plaguelands has two options: via Silverpine Forest and Tirisfal Glades, or going to the Hinterlands shore, and swimming north to the crusade grounds. How do you get to the Eastern Plaguelands? Both cover several zones. Once you have started or completed the quest Zuldazar, you can return to Zandalar using the portal in the Portal Room in Orgrimmar or take the boat from the Echo Isles in Durotar. From Menethil Harbor in the Wetlands, go east and then south.
