Soloevent.id – Sruti Respati, singer from Solo, will hold a single concert Tribute to Ki Nartosabdo. The event will be held on Thursday (12/27/2018) at The Sunan Hotel Solo Ballroom.
At the concert, Sruti Respati will sing eleven songs created by Ki Nartosabdo. The famous artists’ songs will be presented with new arrangements. Not only music, the concert was also enlivened by artists such as dance, theatrical, musical, and fashion.
In a press conference in Lokananta on Wednesday (12/26/2018), Sruti said her single concert was her appreciation for Ki Nartosabdo. The music artist who is also the mastermind and her inspirations.
Sruti knew Ki Nartosabdo from his father, Ki Sri Joko Raharjo. Since childhood, Sruti was familiar to hear Ki Nartosabdo songs, such as “Swara Suling”, “Mother Earth”, and “Dara Muluk”.
“This concert is my appreciation for the work of regional artists, especially Solo. This concert is also my service for my beloved Solo City” she said.
A little leak, the songs that will be played include “Ojo Lamis” and “Dara Muluk”. The songs that Sruti will show have been re-arranged by Bintang Indrianto.
She will not doing it alone, she invited other artists, such as Daniel Christianto, Suprapto Suryodarmo, Mamank Tera, Danang Pamungkas Dance, Fashion Show of Solo Women’s Figure and designer Robin Karebet.
Lead Director of Sruti Respati’s single concert, Agus Noor, explained that the concert will be interesting. “Sruti not only sing, but also will read the narration on each song break. So, from the opening to closing there will be narration at each break of the song,” he explained at a press conference.
The show also became the launching place for Sruti’s new album entitled Puspo Ayodya. The concert will take place at 19.00-22.00 WIB. The concert can be watched for free, provided you make a reservation first by contacting Tiffani (0812-1716-1451).
