Culinary Festival Solo To Spoil Your Appetite

Soloevent.id – Modern and traditional culinary stands are ready to treat your tongue. Yep, the Solo Indonesia Culinary Festival (SICF) was held again. If you like culinary, it seems you will lose if you miss this event.

You can meet, such as processed gurita, sosis, pentol, thai tea. You can also taste various traditional cuisines, such as dawet, pecel, nasi tumpang, and others.

Want free? Of course you can. SICF 2019 provides thousands of unique Solo cuisines which are distributed free every day. This year, there are three typical Solo culinary, namely timlo, sosis and tengkleng.

The first day or Thursday (4/4/2019), the committee distributed timlo. The next day, the sosis solo was replaced free. On Saturday (6/4/2019), visitors can enjoy tengkleng. Every day, the committee distributes 2,500 on servings.

 

This culinary festival is held at Vastenburg Fort for four days, Thursday-Sunday (4-7 / 4/2019). This year is the fifth edition of SICF.

“This time SICF carries a slightly different concept, namely education, conservation and promotion to the community. Educational element is introducing traditional cooking processes in Dapoer Tempo Doloe. There are various activities such as cooking competitions, eating competitions, and culinary bazaars. “SICF is one of the main attractions for the community for culinary destinations,” explained Committee Chairperson SICF 2019 Daryono, to Soloevent.

 

At this culinary festival, you can not only enjoy menus, but also can participate in various activities, such as photo competition, vlog competition, cooking competition, eating competition, music performance, and fruit carving.

The SICF seems to be awaited by the public. From opening hours (10:00) to closing (at 10:00 p.m.), residents were seen thronging the Fort Vastenburg. Maybe you are one of them.
