Soloevent.id – PT Fajar Bangun Raharja (FBR) held a housing exhibition at Solo Paragon Mall, on February 4-15 2019. This housing developer established since 1984, focus on showing off their newest exclusive product, The Belmore Residence.
“The location is close to downtown,” explained the Marketing Team of PT Fajar Bangun Raharja Wiwid Deas to Soloevent, on Monday (4/2/2019). The Belmore Residence is located on Jl. Pakel, Baturan Village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar.
Wiwid explained that PT FBR’s latest product had been soft-opening. In one cluster there will be 16 housing units. Exclusive occupancy is divided into two types, namely 117 and 124, the price is pegged starting at IDR 1.4 billion. “At present, [The Belmore Residence] is in the process of being made. We are making roads and gates,” she said.
As an exclusive residence, security is a matter of great concern. Wiwid said The Belmore Residence will be guarded 24 hours by security, supervised by closed-circuit television (CCTV), and using a one gate system.
Taking place in February, PT Fajar Bangun Raharja included this exhibition at a discount event being held in Solo, Solo Great Sale 2019. Later, buyers who transact can get a discount, cash back, and promo can be paid in installments 12 times.
“These promos are tailored to the housing category. During the exhibition, consumers will get lucky angpau,” explained Wiwid.
